Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ZoZoPeak rewards platform, including offers, surveys, referrals, withdrawals, and related services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use ZoZoPeak. By registering, you confirm that your information is accurate, that you will maintain a single personal account unless we approve otherwise, and that you are legally permitted to participate in incentive offers, surveys, and digital reward programs in your location.

Points and Rewards

Points are promotional platform credits. They do not represent stored cash value, bank deposits, or property rights until a withdrawal request is approved. Offer completions may remain pending while we or the advertiser validate the activity. Points may be delayed, reversed, withheld, or canceled when an advertiser rejects a lead, identifies duplicate or invalid activity, reports abuse, or fails to fund the reward.

Reward options, conversion rates, minimum thresholds, and processing windows may change at any time. Current withdrawal options are shown on the platform at the time of request. ZoZoPeak may place review holds where fraud, compliance issues, or payment verification concerns exist.

Withdrawals

Approved point balances may be withdrawn as USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) or gift cards subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal threshold is 5,000 points. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and may take up to 72 hours. ZoZoPeak reserves the right to request identity verification before processing high-value withdrawals. Payout methods and minimum thresholds may change without prior notice. Gift card availability depends on third-party provider stock and regional restrictions.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use bots, VPN rotation, device farms, fake identities, duplicated accounts, misleading referral tactics, chargeback abuse, automated clicks, incentive stacking that violates advertiser rules, or any method intended to manipulate offer tracking or reward attribution. You also may not interfere with site security, scrape restricted data, or submit inaccurate profile or payout information.

We may share relevant fraud signals and audit information with advertisers, networks, payment providers, and service vendors where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or enforce platform integrity.

Hot Deals, Vault & Coupons

ZoZoPeak aggregates coupon codes, deals, and promotional offers from third-party affiliate networks and advertisers. These offers are provided as-is and may expire, change, or become unavailable without notice. ZoZoPeak does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or availability of any coupon code or deal. Clicking on a deal or coupon link may redirect you to a third-party website governed by its own terms and privacy policy. ZoZoPeak earns affiliate commissions on qualifying transactions at no additional cost to the user.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk for advertisers or other users, or exposes the platform to fraud, legal, or operational harm. Termination may include cancellation of pending rewards, removal from the VIP program, forfeiture of balances tied to invalid activity, and blocking future registrations.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your account reviewed for closure or data-access requests, contact support at support@zozopeak.com.

Disclaimer

ZoZoPeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, eligibility for any particular offer, error-free tracking, payout approval, or that every third-party advertiser will honor an expected conversion. Third-party offers, wallets, gift card providers, and payment networks operate under their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoZoPeak disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the value of rewards actually approved for your account in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

VIP1 Referral Program

Registered users may refer others to ZoZoPeak using a unique referral link. When a referred user registers and completes qualifying activity, the referrer earns a percentage-based bonus as displayed on the platform. Referral bonuses are credited only after the referred user's activity is validated and confirmed by the advertiser. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral manipulation will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account termination. ZoZoPeak reserves the right to modify referral bonus rates and qualifying criteria at any time.

VIP2 Product Promoter Program

The VIP2 Product Promoter Program allows approved members to promote select offers and get commissions on successful conversions.

Eligibility

  • You must apply and be approved by ZoZoPeak administration.
  • You must have an active social media presence with real followers.
  • You must add #ZoZoPeakVIP to your profile bio for 24 hours during the verification process.

Commission & Payments

  • Commission rates are set per offer and displayed in your Promoter Dashboard.
  • Conversions are held for 30 days before confirmation.
  • Confirmed earnings are paid out on the 1st and 15th of each month.
  • ZoZoPeak reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using fake, bot, or promotional traffic to generate conversions.
  • Misrepresenting offers or making false claims about products.
  • Using spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive advertising methods.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the program.
  • Any form of fraud, including self-referrals or click manipulation.

Termination

  • ZoZoPeak may revoke VIP2 status and withhold pending earnings if prohibited activities are detected.
  • Terminated promoters may not reapply without written approval.

Changes to These Terms

ZoZoPeak may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of ZoZoPeak after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of ZoZoPeak shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. You agree that any claims will be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
