Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use ZoZoPeak. By registering, you confirm that your information is accurate, that you will maintain a single personal account unless we approve otherwise, and that you are legally permitted to participate in incentive offers, surveys, and digital reward programs in your location.

Points and Rewards

Points are promotional platform credits. They do not represent stored cash value, bank deposits, or property rights until a withdrawal request is approved. Offer completions may remain pending while we or the advertiser validate the activity. Points may be delayed, reversed, withheld, or canceled when an advertiser rejects a lead, identifies duplicate or invalid activity, reports abuse, or fails to fund the reward.

Reward options, conversion rates, minimum thresholds, and processing windows may change at any time. Current withdrawal options are shown on the platform at the time of request. ZoZoPeak may place review holds where fraud, compliance issues, or payment verification concerns exist.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use bots, VPN rotation, device farms, fake identities, duplicated accounts, misleading referral tactics, chargeback abuse, automated clicks, incentive stacking that violates advertiser rules, or any method intended to manipulate offer tracking or reward attribution. You also may not interfere with site security, scrape restricted data, or submit inaccurate profile or payout information.

We may share relevant fraud signals and audit information with advertisers, networks, payment providers, and service vendors where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or enforce platform integrity.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk for advertisers or other users, or exposes the platform to fraud, legal, or operational harm. Termination may include cancellation of pending rewards, removal from the VIP program, forfeiture of balances tied to invalid activity, and blocking future registrations.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your account reviewed for closure or data-access requests, contact support at support@zozopeak.com.

Disclaimer

ZoZoPeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, eligibility for any particular offer, error-free tracking, payout approval, or that every third-party advertiser will honor an expected conversion. Third-party offers, wallets, gift card providers, and payment networks operate under their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoZoPeak disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the value of rewards actually approved for your account in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
